JKY60-60 two-stage vacuum extruder

JKY60/60 vacuum extruder is a large two-stage vacuum extruder designed specifically for the production of porous bricks. The dual strip design process adopts vacuum extrusion and two-stage stirring. Two electric motors drive the split flow reducer machine through an axial pneumatic clutch, respectively driving the stirring extrusion and forming extrusion. Suitable for producing block bricks, rectangular bricks, and high porosity hollow bricks using shale, coal gangue, and fly ash as raw materials. The independent all steel structure of the reducer is effectively improved in stability and service life through processes such as quenching, tempering, and heat treatment, as well as universal joint connectors.
